Mr. Ramveer Singh is the Founding Promoter and serves as the Chairman and Director of the Company. An Engineer by qualification, Mr. Singh brings extensive experience in civil engineering, infrastructure development, construction management, and strategic business expansion. Prior to establishing the Company, Mr. Singh served with distinction at Uttar Pradesh Jal Nigam before opting for Voluntary Retirement (VRS) in 2006. Thereafter, he incorporated EMS Limited, laying the foundation for what has today evolved into a diversified and reputed infrastructure group.

He currently serves as the Director of EMS Limited, EMS Realty, EMS Industries, EMS Green Energy, EMS Infrastructure, and several other group entities. In these roles, he provides strategic direction across project bidding, marketing, financial management, corporate governance, and overall business operations.

EMS Limited has been a listed public company since 2022 and is listed on both the National Stock Exchange of India and the BSE Limited. Notably, at the time of its listing, EMS Limited was a debt-free company, reflecting the Group’s strong financial discipline, prudent capital management, and robust balance sheet strength. This milestone underscores the Company’s commitment to transparency, corporate governance, and sustainable growth. Today, the EMS Group commands a vast and diversified portfolio of companies operating across infrastructure, real estate, industrial development, and allied sectors, establishing a strong national presence.

With his technical expertise, financial prudence, and strategic foresight, Mr. Singh has led the successful execution of numerous cost-effective and high-quality projects. His leadership has been instrumental in building a credible, growth-driven, and highly reputed organization. Under his guidance, EMS Realty introduced "Arqis," the Group’s real estate venture. Arqis is positioned to redefine modern urban development, combining engineering precision, innovative design, and customer-centric planning to create landmark developments.
